Description
This lesson invites participants into the less familiar Christmas stories in the Gospels, with a particular focus on the Gospel of John. Most young people will be familiar with the Luke Christmas story – shepherds, manger, angels – but they may be surprised to learn that the other Gospels don’t include the same details.
This lesson – packed with games, interactive activities, scripture exploration, and theological reflection – invites participants into considering the Gospel of John’s Christmas story and what it means for the Word to become flesh in Jesus Christ.
